Warranty

Many goods including, but not limited to, most monitors, printers and component parts are covered by "direct" manufacturers' warranties. Any claims in these circumstances cannot be handled by TEKNIA and the customer must contact the manufacturer or its agent for warranty claims.

Apple products

All new Apple products sold by TEKNIA are warrantied by Apple.

This warranty is usually one year. Please verify this with the Apple website.

In the event that you require warranty service or technical support for your Macintosh or Apple peripheral within the warranty period you need only to call Apple's Call Centre at 133622 in Australia.

A Call Agent will help diagnose the problem and if they cannot solve the problem on the phone, they will do one of the following:

  • Dispatch an Apple service technician to your home or office to make the needed warranty repair if your product is covered by an on-site warranty
  • Refer you to the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Your invoice from TEKNIA is your proof of purchase.

Non-Apple Products

  • contact the supplier/manufacturer to arrange for your replacement or repair based on their terms and conditions of warranty
  • or we can facilitate the repair and return of the product to you. All shipments to and from us will be charged back to you. If you choose this method, you should contact us first to arrange for the delivery and shipment charges.

Software Licensing

All Software is licensed to you on the terms and conditions of the applicable license agreements.
These license agreements are shipped with the Software.
